Cedar Heights offers income-restricted apartment homes subject to applicable program eligibility requirements. Qualification is based on annual household income, household size, and applicable program requirements.
The guidelines below provide the applicable maximum household income limits by household size to help prospective applicants understand the qualification criteria. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. We consider all applicants in accordance with applicable Fair Housing laws and program requirements.

Application Review
All applications are reviewed using the same resident selection criteria, including verification of income and assets, landlord references, and standard background screening for all household members age 18 and older, in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult (age 18 or older) is required at the time of application.
